✅We only accept returns if your boots arrive damaged, faulty, the wrong item, or the wrong colour.

❌ if you find that your boots do not fit you (due to picking the wrong size), we do not offer exchanges neither do we offer refund’s if the boots you received matched your original order.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
